Terms of sale for the end user
Macaraja does not sell the software RamWizard directly to end users. You must contact our reseller to know its terms of sale.
Extract from Terms of sale for resellers
No Terms of purchase (ToP)can be opposed to the Terms of sale (ToS) of products sold by Macaraja.
The ToP of resellers are not valid, and that whatever are the circumstances.
Sales of products of the MACARAJA company are governed by the french law.
A written contract sets the conditions of sale of the product RamWizard. Anything that is not specified in this contract is ruled by our ToS.
Every sale is set upon receipt of invoice.
Each follow-up letter is inclusively charged 10 euros exclusive of tax..
Each formal demand is inclusively charged 50 euros exclusive of tax.
The costs of recovery procedure (costs of bailiffs, attorneys' fees, administrative fees, etc.) are charged to the retailer, including fringe expenses and any costs that the recovery will be caused.
